This video training (36 minutes) provides a step-by-step guide to implementing the No Surprises Act in your private practice if you are a mental health therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist). After watching the video, you should be able to describe the actions and changes needed to be in full compliance, as well as the timelines for providing a Good Faith Estimate. If you take your own notes from the video and plan to spend the time to create your own GFE template, this training will be sufficient.
